Former incentive scheme encouraging early replacement of eligible commercial vehicles with cleaner models.
Context: The light-commercial-vehicle ETS ended after 31 March 2025. The heavy-commercial-vehicle ETS ended after 31 December 2025 and was replaced by HVZES from 1 January 2026.
