A named annual performance-assessment or appraisal cycle in organisations that use this label.
Example: The officer's performance will be reviewed for Assessment Year 2026.
Also known as: AY, performance assessment year, appraisal year
Context: This usage is organisation-specific. Do not confuse it with Academic Year (AY) or IRAS's Year of Assessment (YA).
